By accessing or using BizPOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or one-time (lifetime) basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions are unaffected until renewal.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BizPOS lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

Your Business Data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into BizPOS. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the services.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages beyond the limits set by applicable law.

Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid beyond the grace period.
